Refunds are issued only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to ensure hygiene and safety. Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds cannot be processed for any item that has been used, opened, or tampered with.
